Canine Arthritis Management

Monday 18th Jun 2018

Around 70% of the dogs we treat have got arthritic changes. Arthritis is the number one reason for euthanasia in dogs. Often it’s symptoms are put down to old age, rather than the condition itself. We recommend our clients to refer to a non profit organisation that help owners understand the condition and make proactive changes to help their dogs condition. This is to work alongside the advice your vet gives you and to compliment treatments from your therapists and vet.

Learn about what arthritis is, how to identify it in your dog and what the long term outlook is with our expert advice and knowledge pages. If you’re not sure whether your dog has arthritis or not, or if you want to find out more about what arthritis is and how it will affect your dog, this is the place to start.
